Flow-tone® is successfully used in window profiles production. Alba Thyment introduced Flow-tone® liquid dye that is a high quality alternative for powder dye. Liquid dye improves plasticity and physical properties of window profiles and makes their production much easier and faster.

  • CACOLIN - chalk fillers

CACOLIN is a group of granulated fillers on the LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE, PP and PS carriers. CACOLIN fillers contain 60-65% of chalk (CaCO3) dispersed in the carrier. Using of CACOLIN fillers lower the manufacturing cost of final products such as all types of film, products manufactured by injection, extrusion and blasting. The advised level of CACOLIN filler is 15-30%.

  • Golem OEE SuperVisor, CMMS Machine

Golem OEE SuperVisor allows for monitoring of work effectiveness, stoppages, availability, productivity and effectiveness of the machines' work in real time. This system features outstanding capacity and low implementation costs. CMMS Machine is a software for the maintainance departments and allows for queuing of inspections schedules as well as recording of the full history of failures and operation together with detailed description of machines, equipment and vehicles.

A supplement to the Rosti Polska paint shop is a recently opened area of application of the tampo print method for decorating finishes. This method makes it possible to achieve high esthetic standards of the products and production repeatability. For this purpose special technological conditions are maintained in the room such as: proper ventilation, lighting and special industrial floor.

The room is furnished with special equipment for instance: five-colour printers the advanced technology of which allows for producing of both long and short series, two-colour printers of 150X600 printing area with servomotor table and one-colour printers. All of it guarantees overprints of proper endurance on painted surfaces.

  • BOY XS injection moulding machine

BOY XS injection moulding machine were designed especially for microinjecting and single moulds. The machines' minimum space requirement is really worth emphasizing. The two diagonally arranged tie bars provide excellent conditions for automation. The recently launched model utilizes a  two-platen clamping and controlling system called Procan Alpha. The technology implemented in the BOY XS machine is well-proven. BOY XS combines all the merits of a large machine.

  • PlugXPress (PXP) injection aggregate

PlugXPress injection aggregate is a „plug and play" system with the help of which every injection moulding machine can be economically and in a short time changed into a multi-component injection moulding machine. Modular construction of the aggregates allows for using them in injection moulding machine of all brands. The two interfaces (mechanical and electronic) guarantee quick installation and restarting of production after less than one day. Every PXP aggregate is furnished with its own hydraulic drive and an integrated electronic control system. Pressure and speed adjustment in real time guarantees all of the produced moulded pieces are of equal quality and eliminates the necessity to interfere with the hydraulics or the control system of the original injection moulding machine.
